How do I order something?
You can order a product by selecting a size from the drop-down menu on the product page and clicking the button add to cart. Once you have added the product to your cart you can open your cart and proceed to checkout.
Do I need an account to purchase something?
We recommend to open an account as this gives you several benefits like faster checkouts and the option to view your order history and wishlist, but it is not required. You can also order something without an account.
I have forgotten my username and/or password
No problem! You can go to the account page and request a new one.
Which currency and VAT rate is applicable?
All prices on our site are in Euro and include 21% VAT. If you order from outside the European Union the VAT will be deducted from your order. This is automatically updated in your shopping cart once you have selected your country.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made through below methods of payment:
– iDeal – only available to Dutch customers
– Bancontact / Mister Cash
– Bank Transfer
– Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Maestro)
The total amount to be paid is the same and does not depend on the selected method of payment. Payments for your full order will be withdrawn. If we are only able to deliver part of your order, then on delivery we will issue a credit note and you will receive a full refund for the products that could not be delivered to you.
